GTC now offers ADULT GYMNASTICS!

You can make your own plan or get guidance from our gymnastics and physical fitness professionals. Join this 90 min class for anybody 18 years or older. No specific experience required. Just a great mood, dedication and a good sense of humor.No major commitment required. The per class fee is $25.00 and includes quality instruction.
