Girls Programs
TEAM
Level 4
A new L4 gymnast will be trained at USAG Level 4 standards with the primary focus being on improving their strength, flexibility, learning the required skills and competitive routine. Once all skills and routines are mastered she will then and only then, be entered into a Level 4 competition. A continuing Level 4 gymnast will continue to train and compete Level 4 with a major emphases on improving her strength, flexibility, technique, execution, presentation of routines and meet performance. The continuing Level 4 gymnasts will also be asked to work the Level 5 skills. A Level 4 gymnast must be willing to commit to no less than 6 hours of practice per week, in order to get adequate and proper training in order to achieve success at this level. Gymnasts is encouraged to take advantage of the extra workouts offered.
Level 5 & 6
Level 5/6 gymnast will continue to work to improve current level skills, routines, strive to learn new skills while being trained on but not limited to the level 6 skills. The main focus will be on improving her strength, flexibility, technique, execution and meet performance. A Level 5 gymnast must be willing to commit to no less then 14 hours a week in order to get adequate and proper training to achieve success at this level.
Level 7-10
This is an optional level of competition. Gymnasts will work towards conquering higher level skills of their and coaches choice. The main focus will be on perfecting skills, requiring the proper strength, flexibility, technique and execution of skills to connect in an artistic choreographed routine. Level 7-10 gymnast must be willing to commit at least 17 to 22 hours a week in order to get adequate and proper training to achieve success at this level.

CLASSES
Girls classes are divided into three main categories. Novice, Intermediate and Advanced. Normally age will be the most prevalent qualifying factor for which class they should be in however, the more advanced the student is, the higher up she will be.
NOVICE - 6 to 9 years old
60 min class
These girls train basic skills necessary to learn and grow as a gymnast. They will also work on strength, flexibility and balance. They train on all four girls' events.
INTERMEDIATE - 9 to 12 years old
90 min class
Intermediate girls will train more in-depth skills on each girls gymnastics apparatus. Their skills will be more demanding as well as their ability to perform them.
ADVANCED - 12 to 15 years old
2 hour class
Advanced girls will be taught more advanced skills on each apparatus. The advanced class focuses on perfection of basic skills and the learning of more difficult skills.
