GTC Parents Boosters Club

Welcome!

 

The mission of the GTC Parent Boosters is to foster and support the athletes on the Gymnastics Training Center competitive team by providing financial support through fundraising and moral support through communications between the gym, gymnasts and parents as well as other endeavors. 

Our objective is to promote and maintain enthusiastic interest in the various facets of gym functions and competitions and to cooperate with the staff and coaches to the end that this program be maintained at the highest possible degree of efficiency. 

The GTC Parent Boosters includes all parents of team members.  The success of the Boosters and the ability to achieve the goal of helping our gymnastic teams depends on the support of its members.  The sport of gymnastics is challenging yet a worthwhile undertaking for our children.  The sport of gymnastics is also expensive and demanding on our time. The Boosters organization was created to help offset some of the expenses associated with being on a competitive team and also to coordinate fun events and act as the liaison between the gym and our children in order to keep morale high because of the demands it puts on them.

Meetings

 

General Meetings will be held approximately every other month.  The Board will meet additional times to discuss pertinent issues and may call special parent meetings if it is necessary. We will attempt to give a two (1) week notice of special meetings.  In order to vote on any issues, a member must have their booster fees paid to date and be present at the meeting.  Each family has only one vote. If you are unable to attend the meetings and have something to be discussed, please contact any Board Member at least one week prior to the next meeting.
